How can I pay for my order?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through PayPal. You do not need to open or own a PayPal account to pay for your order, we simply use their servers to process the payment.

Once at the checkout stage you can click the 'Checkout' button to pay via PayPal's secure server. Input your details as normal and once your payment has been accepted you will be taken back to our website for confirmation.

Can I pay for my order any other way?

Unfortunately, no. At this stage we are unable to take your card details over the phone. But we have made ordering through our website as easy as possible. If you do experience any difficulties in ordering please contact us at

How secure is my data?

Shopping with us is 100% secure. We take this very seriously, and we know how some people are reluctant to give their details online. We'd like to reassure you that our payment server is completely secure and at no point are your card details seen by us, nor are they kept on file.

Distance Selling Regulations

This gives protection to consumers who shop by phone, mail order, via the Internet or digital TV. The protection includes:

  • The right to receive clear information about goods and services before deciding to buy
  • Confirmation of this information in writing
  • A cooling off period of seven working days in which the consumer can withdraw from the contract
  • Protection from credit card fraud

Delivery Information/Prices and Times

Please Note: We currently only ship to the United Kingdom, therefore if you are based outside of the UK and are interested in purchasing some of our products please drop us an email

We do our best to keep our postage costs as low as possible. And for that reason we charge the following:

  • Stamp Only Orders.

All of our Stamp only orders are shipped completely free of charge, no matter how big or small your order is.

  • Other Items.

All other orders (i.e. non Stamp orders of orders containing both stamps and other items) with a value of less than £20.00 we charge a flat rate of £1.50 shipping.

However, if your total order exceeds £20.00 your order will be shipped completely free of charge.

Delivery Timescales

We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment. All orders will be shipped via Royal Mail, at our discretion we may post high value or large size orders via recorded delivery.

It is unlikely but in the event that we cannot complete your order within a reasonable timeframe we will contact you.

Refunds/ Exchanges And Cancellations

If you cancel your order before order has been shipped, you will have your payment refunded and no further action is required.

If you receive your order and you are not completely satisfied or would like to cancel your order you may return it to us in an unused condition and in the original undamaged packaging within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you the cost of the product.

You are responsible for the safe return of any products to us, as well as any costs incurred while doing so. We recommend you obtain a receipt of postage from the Post Office as proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for goods that get lost in transit.
