DELIVERY INFORMATION/PRICING AND TIMES
Please Note: We currently only ship to the United Kingdom, therefore if you are based outside of the UK and are interested in purchasing some of our products please drop us an email Sales@craftyroodesigns.co.uk

We do our best to keep our postage costs as low as possible. And for that reason we charge the following:

UK POSTAGE
All orders with a value of less than £20.00 we charge a flat rate of £3.00 shipping.

However, if your total order exceeds £20.00 your order will be shipped completely free of charge.
Delivery Timescales
​
We have 3 postage days a week Monday/Wednesday and Friday. All orders will be shipped via Royal Mail, at our discretion we may post high value or large size orders via tracked delivery.

Please note if your order contains a personalised stamp your order will not be shipped until the stamp has been made.

It is unlikely but in the event that we cannot complete your order within a reasonable time frame we will contact you.
