It seems my grand plan of getting 100 cards before December hit a few snags, but that is the perk of starting Christmas so early it gives me a little wiggle room!
So, for todays Batch make idea I found this gorgeous patterned paper whilst sorting out my paper stash and decided it needed to be used as it was just so lovely and I had the perfect little critter in mind to to help. So I dug out the Cute little reindeers from a year or two back and set to work.
Now as the paper was 12 x 12 it made perfect sense to make 6 inch cards as they make the best use of the patterned paper and as I had 3 sheets of this design in total I made a grand total of 12 cards this week which brings my total number of cards up to 44 AND I have 12 patterned circles just screaming out to make tags from.
To make 12 of these cards you will need the following card/paper:
12 x 6 inch base cards
3 x 12 inch pieces of patterned paper cut down to 5.5 inch square
6 x A4 Sheets of matching coloured card cut down to 5.75 inch square
White and coloured card scraps
And I've used the following stamp set
And now it's time for the Step by Step, I will admit I'm not a big fan of colouring in, but it took no time at all to colour in 12 of these cheeky chappies especially as I had the Christmas tunes playing. I would also probably recommend a stamping platform would be best for positioning your little cuties to peek out of the circles, as it would make things a little easier and quicker!
As always don't forget you can download and print these steps by steps by right clicking and selecting "Save Image As".
Happy batch making, Kym x
